- On Monday, Abhijeet Dibke posted a video on X where he questions the leaders of the regime to show their academic degrees, because he is willing to display his credentials.
- The discourse took place after the BJP filed an RTI query regarding information about the scholarship funds he has received for his degree.
- In his X post, he has stated, “I am ready to reveal my scholarship letter & education loan letter. Will the emperor show his degree.”
- On the 25th of July, the CJP induced pressure for the Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to resign.
Why it matters
BJP is going through something it never faced, and that is GEN Z. They have seen this kind of revolt and what its consequences might be. The last election was barely comfortable for the regime. In the upcoming elections in 2029, it might be difficult for the regime to convince Gen Z to vote for them, and that leaves them in question regarding their sustainability.

This story is less about one man’s scholarship papers and more about who gets to ask questions in Indian democracy, and whether transparency is a shared obligation or just a weapon of the ruling class.
